The KP200 features XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption. It is also certified to FIPS 140-3 Level 3 (pending) for military-grade security and offers enhancements that raise the bar for data protection.
The circuits are coated with a special epoxy layer that makes it nearly impossible to remove the components without damaging them; this resilient epoxy prevents attacks on the semiconductor components. The USB drive is designed to alert the owner to tampering. Additionally, it provides protection against brute-force password attacks and BadUSB threats with digitally signed firmware.
